The customer may return their item within 14 calendar days from the date of receipt.
Orders may not be cancelled by companies or professionals, or by individuals in the case of made-to-order items, or where the item is out of stock at the time of purchase (the customer will be made aware of this circumstance in advance).
The customer will be refunded the total amount paid, including standard shipping costs and excluding surcharges for urgent delivery or certified post (2% of the item price). The return shipping costs will be the responsibility of the customer.
Customers wishing to return an order should notify us within the period indicated by emailing email@example.com. Customers may also notify us of their decision to return their order by sending a burofax to our postal address.
The returned item must be in the same condition as when it was originally shipped, with all labels, seals, documentation and the box etc. intact. Any sign of use or seal breakage regarding new articles will be sufficient grounds for rejecting the return.
