How do I search for a watch on Relojes Exclusivos?

When the search results are generated you will be presented with several options for narrowing it down further.

If you haven’t found the watch you’re looking for, please get in touch. We will make you an offer.

After accepting the price, you will be required to pay a 20% deposit to confirm your order. Watches made to order may not be cancelled.

You can pay for your order using the following methods:

Direct transfer or payment to the account provided once your order had been placed.
Visa, MasterCard or Amex using our bank’s secure payment gateway.
PayPal. This payment method entails a surcharge. You can also use to request a deferred payment plan.

All shipments are insured and sent by courier. Your order will be shipped the next working day after we receive payment. If your item is not in stock we will notify you of the expected delay.

Exact shipping costs will be added automatically to the total cost before you make payment. Approximate shipping costs are as follows:

• €15 for courier delivery within Spain
• €25-30 for courier delivery within the EU
• €40-60 for certified post to the rest of the world

If a shipment is lost, Relojes Exclusivos will refund the total amount paid.

If the content of the shipment is incomplete, you must provide us with proof of your complaint made to the courier at the time of delivery. If a shipment is damaged, the courier is responsible and you should therefore take up your complaint with them.

Relojes Exclusivos guarantees that its watches are authentic and guarantees their full working order for one year from the date of purchase. Where watches have an official guarantee for a period greater than one year, this shall take precedence. Where watches have an official guarantee for a period less than one year, the official guarantee will take precedence until its expiry, after which the Relojes Exclusivos guarantee will come into force for the remainder of the year.

The customer may choose to process repairs under official guarantee either directly with the brand’s technical service or through Relojes Exclusivos. Shipping costs will be borne by the customer and return costs by Relojes Exclusivos only where the repair is covered by guarantee.

The customer may return their item no-questions-asked within 14 calendar days from the date of receipt.

Orders may not be cancelled by companies or professionals, in the case of made-to-order items, or where the item is out of stock at the time of purchase (the customer will be made aware of this circumstance in advance).
